Until you are checked in or after you've checked out, we can't verify you as a guest. So, if you were or will be a guest, please contact the front desk for an alternative access code to login.
I signed in but now I am back at the portal page, what happened?
It is possible that we were not able to fully connect you. Please close all of your browsers and reopen a new one. Try going to a website like Google or Yahoo. If you are still redirected back to the sign-on page, you can either try signing in again or contacting our technical support line at the number on the portal page.
I am getting an error that says my last name and room number cannot be found, but I have definitely checked in, so what's wrong?
There are several possible reasons this is happening. First, please make sure you entered your last name only into the correct field, and that you
entered the correct room number. Second, it is possible that the front desk misspelled your name at check in, so please call them and have them verify the spelling of your last name. Also, you need to have a valid credit or debit card on file for charging incidental expenses (even if you are simply trying to use free Internet), so please also make sure the front desk has your room set-up for charging incidental expenses. Finally, please make sure you are entering your last name and room number into those fields and not into the username and password fields located under the meeting group section of the sign-up page.
I am part of a group and so I think I should have a group username & password...how do I find that?
Please contact your group organizer to request the username and password. They may not have obtained one, in which case you should go ahead and sign in via the room or credit card options.
I'm in the meeting rooms and can't figure out how to sign in via my room or credit card, how do I connect?
In our meeting rooms, the only way to connect is when your meeting planner has obtained a group account from our conference services department. Please contact your group organizer to see if they have obtained an account.
